What a crazy morning it has been Loved it! I think Life without EMZ would be awful. Today was our Christmas party. Hopefully I can get this postd soon but I have so many fun pictures to add. This is Sinai's Dad and Lupi her Mom. He reminds me of something my Dad would do. If he was alive he would come with me. My Dad loved to dance. Kind of neat to have him there every morning supporting his daughters up on stage teaching.

Had a real hard work out today..
Passing out gifts to all the instructors.. (One crazy thing I forgot.. How could I forget my gifts need to get them to these laadies.. very dumb of me) But I couldn't find my Santa pants and that put me in stress mode.

My sister Sherry and Sinai. One day when Sinai announced that we should invite people. I can't explain this to anyone or I cry.. But I heard my Dad say, MarySue Sherry needs to be here. I was like NO way! Dad if that is really you, did I hear that right? Sherry would not come, come on you know that! So I ignored it and ignored it. Until one day I was at my Mom's and I explained Zumba to my Mom (not Sherry) but Sherry was there. I didn't ask her but just mentioned who came and I really talked up the back row. I thought if she needs to be there some how I will get her there. Well little by little Sherry started asking questions. Sure enough she started to come. I thought this will not last, she doesn't like diet stuff. I was shocked and she even started to walk with my husband Andy and has been coming ever since. It is amazing! I am so happy and hope some day she will be where we can go zumba everywhere together and shop and alot of stuff together. She has became so strong and you can see it working on her. It has been a really nice thing for me to have her there. Ok so Thanks Dad, maybe you have always known better, even now when your in heaven.

Brenda Sundwall, I love her she is one of my favorite people ever. My friend and partner in crime. From training to fun. She is what pulled me out of my limbo after my Dad passed away. I had not done anything towards exercise since my Dad had died in 2002 and she talked me into doing a half marathon I think it was 2008 or 09. She is truley beautiful inside & out. She is amazing.
